We ship worldwide. Plants can only be picked-up or shipped within Hong Kong area.
SHIPPING FEE
Multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.
DELIVERY TIMES
"Days" in the following table refer to working days (i.e. weekends and holidays excluded).
Please allow up to two working days for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping.

RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to GREEN EGG STORE by the courier, we will contact you to provide the option of reshipment or a refund of the merchandise. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
