Plants are not able to be returned.

GOODS

All returns must be authorized by us before sending back. Goods marked sale are not able to be returned. Please contact us about any return or inquiry.

RETURNS

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in original condition and accompanied by its original tags.

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance. Additionally, the return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Goods returned damaged or without a return authorization number may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of GREEN EGG STORE.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a full refund by the original method

of payment within 14 working days*. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
